I have a PhD in neuroscience and spent the better part of a decade in data and AI, leading analytics teams and running large projects for big organisations. The part clients kept bringing me back for wasn't the technology. It was the diagnosis: sitting with a messy problem long enough to work out what was actually wrong, and what was worth doing about it.
The Leverage Lab is me pointing that at small businesses. The tools have got cheap and good enough that a sole operator can have what only large companies could afford a few years ago, but only if someone sets it up properly for how they actually work. That's the bit I do.
I'm based in Melbourne and work online, so where you are doesn't matter much. I'm building this around a day job and a toddler, which is a large part of why I'm interested in things that take twenty minutes to set up rather than a weekend.

The one or two biggest time sinks in your business, looked at properly. You show me how the work actually gets done, we count the hours together, and you get a written plan of what I'd fix and in what order. If you'd like, I build it, and all of it lives in your accounts.
