Small-group session · 2 hours · 8 seats

Sounds like you.

Two hours, online, for service business owners who want AI drafting the writing they do most - enquiry replies, follow-ups, check-ins - so it actually sounds like them. You set it up in your own account with me in the room, and leave with one email type working.

The problem

You already tried this.

You asked it to write an email. It came back sounding like a brochure, with a price you don't charge and a yes to a date you're busy. So you rewrote it, which took about as long as writing it yourself.

It isn't a prompting problem. AI writes like that because it knows nothing about you. Set it up once, with how you actually write and what's actually true about your business, and it drafts like you instead. This session is where we do that on your business, with your emails, and I check it with you as we go.

Before · no setup

"Hi there! Thank you so much for reaching out! I'd absolutely love to capture your family's beautiful memories. I'm available Saturday the 14th and my family package is $650."

A made-up price, and a yes to a Saturday that's already booked.
After · set up once

"Hi Priya, thanks for getting in touch! A spring session in the park is a lovely idea. My family mini session is $320 for 30 minutes, with 15 edited photos. [CHECK: am I free Saturday the 14th?]

Happy to jump on a quick call if that's easier. No pressure at all."

The two hours

What we do, in order.

Most of the session is you working in your own account while I check drafts with you one at a time. That's why it's capped at eight.

1
First 15 minutes

Before and after, on real emails

A draft from AI with no setup, next to one from a set-up account, so everyone can see where we're heading. Then a quick round: what you do, and the email you most want off your plate.

2
About 30 minutes

Your voice file

Built from your own sent emails, not from a description of your tone. How you open, how you sign off depending on how well you know someone, how long your sentences run, what you never do. I show you how I pull that out, then you do yours.

3
About 20 minutes

Your facts file

Prices, packages, what's included, availability, and what you don't do. Anything it doesn't know gets marked [check] instead of made up, which is what fixes the made-up price in the before draft.

4
About 20 minutes

Set it up in your account

A project in ChatGPT or Claude, whichever you already use, with both files in it, and your email connected so it can read the message you're replying to.

5
About 30 minutes

One email type, until it sounds like you

You pick the email you write most. It drafts, you mark it up, the corrections go back into the instructions, and we go again until you'd send it with a word or two changed.

6
Last 5 minutes

Your next one

How to add your second email type on your own, and what to do when a draft comes out wrong.

Who it's for

People running a practice on their own.

This is for you if

  • You're a coach, doula, counsellor, practitioner, VA, or you run a service business by yourself
  • You write the same few kinds of email every week and each one still takes you 20 minutes
  • You've tried ChatGPT or Claude and found the drafts generic, so you stopped using it
  • You'd rather set it up with someone checking your work than follow a video on your own

Probably not for you if

  • You want emails sent automatically without you reading them. Everything here still comes to you, and you still press send
  • Writing isn't where your time goes. The audit looks at whatever job is costing you most
  • You've already got a setup that drafts like you. In which case, send this to someone who hasn't
Afterwards

You leave with

One email type, working, in your account.

  • Your voice file, built from your own emails
  • Your facts file, written with me
  • A working project in your account, with your email connected
  • One email type tested and corrected until it sounds like you
Questions
How is this different from the free workshop?

The free workshop, AI for Normal People, is 45 minutes of me showing you on my screen. This is two hours of you doing it on yours, with your own emails, and me checking your drafts as you go.

Does it work with Claude, or just ChatGPT?

Both. Set it up in whichever one you already use. I'll show each step in both, so nobody is translating in their head.

Do I need a paid plan?

A paid plan makes this much easier, because projects with files and a connected inbox work best on one. If you're on a free plan, email me before you book and I'll tell you honestly what you'd miss.

Is my client information safe?

Connect one thing, not everything. Official integrations only, logged in by you. Nothing with clinical notes or health records goes in. And it drafts, it never sends. You're not being paranoid asking.

Can you run this for my team or my group?

Yes. Email me and we'll find a date.
