The 90-minute AI audit.
We look at the one or two biggest time sinks in your business. You show me how the work actually gets done, we work out what it's costing you together, and within two working days you get a written plan of what I'd fix, and in what order.
Your biggest time sinks, not everything.
We focus on the one or two things taking the most time in your business - usually the ones you've complained about more than once, or the ones with a deadline attached. Admin, scheduling, client onboarding, quotes, content, the things that only live in your head. Anything else that comes up gets written down for later, so nothing is lost.
Three small things first.
A free 20-minute call
You tell me what's eating your week and what you've already tried and given up on. We pick what to look at, and I tell you honestly whether an audit is worth it.
A short form, about 10 minutes
What you do every week, what you redo from scratch, which tools you use, and anything you'd rather I didn't see on screen.
5 to 10 real examples
Of the work we're looking at, not tidied up. Before we meet I use them to sketch how I think it all works, so we don't start from a blank page.
The four Ts.
On a screen share, you show me how the work actually gets done, and we go through four things together.
Every step, including the boring ones. We count how often and how long, on a busy month, with your numbers.
What you pay for, what's sitting unused, and what you've tried and given up on. The fix often starts there.
The judgement calls and the conversations that are the business. We name them, and they stay human.
What's costing you this quarter, and what can wait until it actually starts to bite.
Within two working days
One page you can decide from.
- Your hours, as we counted them
- What I'd fix, in the order I'd fix it
- Build package options

A solo practitioner running her business around shifts in another job. Her biggest time sink was email.
What we built, in this order:
- Course emails that send themselves, in her own words
- A drafting system built from her real emails
- Self-booking for every appointment type, synced to her existing calendar and built around her own availability rules
- A welcome sequence for her mailing list
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can share your screen and show me how you do something, that's all the audit needs.
What if AI isn't the answer?
Then I'll say so. Sometimes the fix is a setting in a tool you already pay for, or a template, with no AI in it at all. The biggest time sink in the case study above was fixed with no AI at all: her scheduling, set up properly in a tool she was already paying for.
Do I have to buy the build?
No. The plan is yours either way. You're welcome to take it and do it yourself, and I'd rather you did that than bought something you weren't sure about. If you do want me to build it, and you go ahead within 30 days of getting your plan, the $297 comes off the build, so you don't pay for the audit twice.
What will you see on my screen?
Only what you choose to show me. The form asks up front if there's anything you'd rather keep off screen, and anything with client health records stays closed.
Is it recorded?
With your permission. I record and transcribe the call so the plan quotes what you actually said. The recording is only used to write your plan.
How is this different from the workshops?
The workshops teach one setup to a group. The audit is one business, yours, and it looks at whatever is costing you the most time. If you'd like the group version, have a look at Sounds Like You.
